Those differences derive from the fact that the world is getting "smaller", and we found ourselves more than ever in negotiating with people from different countries.But even a negotiation process between two different companies, with difference in their corporate culture, values  or norms, can reveal fundamental differences that must be addressed and handled properly.This course brings a new method, developed by Michael Tsur in 2016. The 10 steps method can be implemented in various negotiation processes, from multi-cultural, to inter-cultural to cross-coltural negotiation processes.This is a must have tool for anyone who engages negotiation processes with people who differ in their values, language, location, religion or any other characteristics, which is sometimes even hard for us to think about.
